Cancellation policy

At Henry Simon Studio, we release our collections in limited drops and pre-orders to ensure exclusivity and high quality. This policy outlines how pre-orders and order cancellations work for our store.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Payment at Checkout: When you place a pre-order, full payment is collected at checkout to guarantee your piece from our limited production run (e.g., Drop 01).
Fulfillment: Your order will be produced and shipped according to the estimated timeframe stated in the product description.

Cancellations

Before Shipping: You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at hugo@santerra.se with your order number. Once canceled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After Shipping: Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can still return the item upon arrival in accordance with our Returns Policy.
